Fedra is a young salarian STG and a Scout Commander of the all-salarian rebel group, Sons of Sur'Kesh. He is a very capable tech expert and one of the best pilots in the known galaxy, let alone the organization.
Fedra often leads either a squad of rebel infantry or a squadron of starfighters through enemy territory to search for vital areas and objects to mark as targets. He is also known to do secret dealings with batarian pirates to get equipment for the Sons of Sur'Kesh and in return, he marks valuable targets for them to raid which are always krogan ships and stations.
